Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
1 1/2 teaspoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
13 drops of liquid stevia or tablespoon of powdered stevia
1 banana, peeled
3 tablespoons of plain or greek yogurt
3/4 cups of ice
Preparation:
In a blender or vita mixer, add all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Serve immediately. Optional: add ice
