Baked Kale Chips

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale

salt

olive oil

Preparations:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Wash and dry kale thoroughly, with a knife or scissors remove leaves form the thick stems and cut into bite size pieces.  Coat cookie trays with olive oil, place kale on tray, toss pieces in oil and sprinkle with salt.  Bake until edges are brown not burnt, 15 to 25 minutes.
