Chicken soup with Quinoa

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

3 quarts chicken broth

2 garlic cloves

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 celery stalks, finely chopped

2 carrots, finely chopped

1 ½ cups quinoa

2 tablespoon seasoning salt

Parsley

Salt

Preparation:

Put garlic cloves, onion, celery and carrots in a food processor or chopped them up. Mix all ingredients in a pot on stove cook for 45 minutes to an hour or put into a slow cooker for 4-6 hours.
