Vanilla Ice Cream

gluten free, sugar free

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 ½ tablespoon agave syrup or powdered stevia

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 cups skim milk

1 egg

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in blender.  Pour into ice cream maker.  Let it churn until desired consistency.  Makes 4-5 servings.

Optional:  Blend in fresh berries for a different flavor or top with fresh berries.
