Super Berry Smoothies

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

3 large spoons of plain yogurt

1 large spoon of Greek yogurt (fage)

2 large spoons of berries (any kind)

20 drops of stevia

ice cubes (optional)

 

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until creamy. Pour and enjoy.
