Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
3/4 cup plain yogurt (I use Faja Greek Yogurt)
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon truvia or powdered stevia
2 cups crushed ice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed. Taste test, add stevia powder for more sweetness.
