Pizza Bread

gluten free, sugar free

Ingredients:

2 pieces of gluten free bread or gluten free bagel

6 tablespoons of tomato sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Take a sheet of foil and put it on the cookie sheet. Put the bread on the foil then spread 2-3 spoons of sauce until each is covered. Then add 1 handful of cheese to each bread piece. (Add any other toppings of your choice.)  Place in oven until cheese bubbles. Take them out and let cool.
