gluten free, sugar free, yeast free
Ingredients:
1 cup Truvia (or 1/2 cup xylitol & 1/2 cup powdered Stevia)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
10 drops stevia
1/2 cup cocoa
¼ cup butter
½ cup almond butter
3 cups gluten free oats
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
In a pot, melt butter, add cocoa powder, trivia mix together. Add milk bring to boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in almond butter, vanilla and oats. Drop teaspoon full onto wax paper. Let cool or put in freezer to cool faster.
