Chocolate Pancakes

gluten free, sugar free, dairy free

Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour gluten free (or ½ cup coconut flour & ½ cup oat flour)

2 cups chocolate almond breeze unsweetened

½ cup cocoa or carob powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon organic vanilla

¼ cup xylitol  or  40 drops of Nu Stevia liquid sweetener

1/3 cup coconut oil melted

Preparation:

Use hand mixer to mix all ingredients above together. Pre heat griddle to 350 degrees and melt more coconut oil on it then scoop ¼ cup portions onto griddle. Makes 10-15 pancakes. *We usually double the recipe for our large family and freeze leftovers for later. Enjoy!
