Chia cereal

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free, dairy free

(Raw super food recipe)

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons chia  (24g carbs)

2 tablespoons Flaxseed  (8 g carbs) optional

5-10 drops of liquid Stevia

Preparation:

Add unsweetened coconut or unsweetened almond milk to cover chia. Let sit 5-10 minutes.

Optional:  add fresh fruit, greek yogurt, cinnamon
