Gluten free, sugar free
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 big cloves of garlic, minced
1 stick of butter
1/2 package of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
salt to taste
Preparation:
Wash the head of cauliflower. Trim off bottom and leaves. Steam in pot of water. When done, cool. Add steamed cauliflower, minced garlic, butter, cream cheese, salt to a food processor or vita mixer. Blend well. Add milk or unsweetened almond milk if too thick.
