Green Beans with lemon

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh or frozen green beans

6 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup fresh or organic lemon juice

3 strips of turkey bacon fried, and crumbled

salt to taste

Preparation:

In mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and set aside.  In a large pot, steam green beans until firm to the bite, but not overcooked.  Drain the beans, add olive oil and lemon mixture.  Toss well and place in serving bowl garnish with fresh crumbled turkey bacon. Serves 4-6
