gluten free, sugar free, yeast free
Ingredients:
1-3 oranges peeled and segmented
Chocolate sauce
5 tablespoons coconut oil
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of xylitol
add stevia drops for more sweetness
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Peel the oranges, separate into pieces/sections. Put the orange pieces into the freezer on a plate. Make the sugar free chocolate sauce. Take oranges out of freezer. Pour or dip oranges into the chocolate or pour chocolate sauce over the cold oranges. Put the chocolate covered oranges back into the freezer. Wait thirty minutes until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
Sugar Free chocolate sauce
In saucepan, on medium heat, melt coconut oil and xylitol, mix in cocoa powder until creamy.
