Chocolate Candies – Sugar Free

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons coconut oil

5 tablespoons cocoa powder

5 tablespoons grated coconut flakes

2 tablespoons xylitol

1 pinch of salt

Preparations:

Put in blender, coconut flakes, and  blend until mix is powdery.  In a bowl, mix coconut oil, and powdered cocoa.  Mix together until creamy.   Then add powdered coconut sweetener blend mix until creamy.  Spoon into candy molds.  Place in freezer until hardened. About an hour.
