Chocolate Balls – Sugar Free

sugar free, gluten free, yeast free

Ingredients:

1 cup cocoa

1 cup cashews

1/2 cup agave syrup  (substitue stevia drops)

water or unsweetened almond milk to mix

Preparation:

Mix cashews in a food processor to a powder, adding water to mix.  Add agave to cashews and process, then add in cocoa powder mix well.  You may have to add a little more water or almond milk.  Pour into a bowl.  Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight for better results.   Take 1 tablespoon of mixture roll into a ball.  Optional:  Roll in shredded coconut, cocoa powder,
