Juliano’s Italian Dressing

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

Add a few drops of liquid stevia

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into high speed blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
