gluten free, sugar free, yeast free
Ingredients:
2 cups organic chicken broth
1 cup organic quinoa
1 teaspoon dried or fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 8 ounce can of organic tomato sauce
Directions:
In medium sized saucepan, combine chicken broth, quinoa, basil, salt, minced garlic and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and lightly simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is nearly absorbed and the quinoa is tender. Mix tomato sauce into quinoa. Ready to serve.
