Apple Crisp

 gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients:

6-8 apples peeled and sliced

Non-sugar mixture:

3/4 cup stevia powder

1 tsp cinnamon

dash salt

Topping:

3/4 cup melted butter

1 beaten egg

20 stevia drops

1/2 cup stevia powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup gluten free flour mixture

1 cup crumbled pecans (optional)

Preparation:

Grease glass rectangular pan.  Layer sliced apples, in a bowl, mix stevia powder cinnamon together sprinkle non-sugar mixture over apples.  In a bowl, mix melted butter, 1 beaten egg, stevia drops, vanilla, gluten free flour together.  Pour topping mixture evenly over apples, sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
