Fresh Sour Cream – Raw food

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients: 

2 cups soaked cashews, soak for 4-6 hours

1 cup filtered water

½ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons organic lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in vita mixer until completely smooth.
