Chia Seeds a Nutritious Super food

What Chia seeds?  You mean Chia Pet?  No chia seeds.  These tiny seeds  are one of the most powerful, and nutritious superfoods  in the world! In search of a different food to eat our family found Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, packed with antioxidants, full of protein, loaded with vitamins and minerals, and the richest known plant source of omega-3. Everyone can benefit from eating this superfood!  They are nutritious, energizing, reduce food cravings, easily digestible, and fill you up. Here are some dishes you can add this superfood too but there are many more recipes to discover!  Add Chia into your cereal, yogurt, smoothies, glass of juice, sprinkle it on top of your salad, mix it in your baking recipes, add it to your soups and dips for more texture.  There are so many benefits to eating Chia seeds.  Did you know by adding just two tablespoons of chia seeds to your daily diet will give you approximately 7 grams of fiber,4 grams of protein, 205 milligrams of calcium, and 5 grams of omega-3!  Where can I find it  you ask?  Best price I have found is at Costco.  Other places you can buy Chia seeds is at Whole Foods and The Vitamin Shoppe.
