Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados
3 tablespoons organic lemon juice or freshly squeezed
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 large clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 medium fresh tomato, seeded, and diced
Preparation:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, peel off skin put into food processor, add lemon juice, red onion, garlic, diced tomato, sea salt, and pepper. Process until desired consistency.
