Chocolate Mug Cake

gluten free, sugar free, yeast free

Ingredients

4 tablespoons gluten free flour mix

2 tablespoons stevia powder

2 tablespoons cocoa

4 packets of truvia or xylitol/stevia mix

1 egg

3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or milk

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 to 2 tablespoons water

Preparation:

In mug, mix dry ingredients, then mix in egg, milk, oil, vanilla, and water.  Put in the microwave for 3 minutes.  Then let cool in the fridge for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
